On Saturday, we boarded our private coach and embarked on a tour of some of the most memorable Heartstopper filming locations, including the Everyman Cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Nick's house, the iconic "I Love You" lamppost, the site of the milkshake scene, the library, Charlie's house, Truham School, the fallen tree, Nick and Imogen's bench, the Riverside Walk, and Higgs School. We even passed a Nando's along the way. At our final stop, we were granted exclusive access to Harry's birthday party mansion, where we enjoyed a private guided tour. On the journey back to London, the bus echoed with our warm-hearted renditions of songs from the show. The day's adventures culminated in the evening with a book signing and panel discussion featuring special guests Courtney Jai-Niner, who appeared in Season 1, Episode 6 of Heartstopper, and Ashley Hullett, producer of Why Are We Like This: A Heartstopper Podcast,. Their insights and stories provided a fitting conclusion to an unforgettable day.
On Sunday, we climbed aboard our private coach for one last adventure and headed to Herne Bay to explore the town's filming locations. From the beach to the pier, where we re-enacted the beloved carousel scene, every stop was filled with memories. As the day drew to a close, tearful goodbyes and lingering hugs marked our farewell to friends who had become family.
